739 - 144 Mhz UHF - VHF Downconverter for QO-100 (Es'Hail2) by G0MRF.

In February '24 after many months of searching I managed to find a blank PCB for sale on eBay. The components were then ordered from Digikey who stocked the majority of the parts. My completed board is shown in the photograph. 

I needed a 5v voltage regulator for a Low Noise Xtal Oscillator from VHF Designs.

The LT3042 Ultralow Noise Higher Current Regulator circuit featuring an external D45VH10G was taken from the Analog Devices datasheet. 

The PCB was designed in Kicad and manufactured by JLCPCB. The D45VH10G is meant to be mounted on a heatsink underneath  the PCB. Access to the fixing screw for the transistor is via the hole just below R4.

Designed by Geoff Pike (GI0GDP), the amplifier was constructed for a 4m Transverter project I was building.
